Exodus 4:12, “Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say”
1 Timothy 4:8, “For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
God prepared Moses to be His man to lead the Hebrews out of Egyptian bondage. He prepared him not in a day, but overtime; not through an event, but with a process. The process of being a leader doesn’t happen overnight, just as becoming an NFL player didn’t happen overnight. It was a long process with many ups and down, learning opportunities, growth demands and obstacles.
Your leadership (example) is important, an absolute, for the success of your team. Take on the keys that Moses left and the instructional wisdom that God can provide during this season and exercise the example God has made you. You are there to be a strength and big brother to the rookie class, uphold your veteran brothers to a work ethic that exemplifies the nature of true champions and support the unification of your team to ensure you have a successful season.

Father, I thank You that You are encouraging each individual as they read this prayer. Grant them supernatural leadership capabilities and enlarge their reach so that they are able to demonstrate Your love and power everywhere they go. Let them understand that is not about them, but their influence is all about Your glory.
Give them strength in every weak area of their lives and calm their raging sea of challenges during training camp season. Give them sustainability that will allow for them to succeed daily in the trenches and hard work of this year’s training regimen. Daily load them with physical, emotional and mental benefits that provides a peace of mind and rejuvenation when they feel exhausted and overwhelmed. Allow them to learn thru the process that You are right with them. Give them insight and understanding in all situations that they may make the best decisions for each challenge they are faced with.
Keep them focused on the promises that you have for their lives and let them know that they are not in the battle alone. Give them direction and allow them to move swiftly when you speak without hesitation or doubt. Provide protection to them in their coming and going and keep them injury free in Jesus name Amen.
